You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to mitigate risks and maintain the integrity of operations. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures. • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance. • Investigate compliance issues and incidents, taking corrective actions as necessary. • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and regulatory requirements. • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update policies accordingly. • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies in a remote capacity.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) is a strong plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry. • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and data privacy laws. • Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
