About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Remote Compliance Officer to join their fully remote legal and compliance team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's compliance program for the insurance sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance , preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations, financial services laws, and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
