Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret new and existing legislation and regulations impacting the business.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures.

• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related legal field.
• Strong understanding of South African legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
