About the Role

Our client is seeking a sophisticated and detail-oriented Remote Concierge Services Manager to lead their premium virtual concierge team, supporting clients globally, with strategic oversight from Nelspruit. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining service standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the seamless execution of requests ranging from travel arrangements and dining reservations to event planning and lifestyle management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of remote concierge specialists, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Oversee the execution of a wide range of client requests, including travel, accommodation, dining, and personal services.
• Develop and refine operational procedures and service protocols for the concierge team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a global network of suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies for continuous service improvement.
• Handle escalated client issues with discretion and professionalism, ensuring effective resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, high-end travel, or elite concierge services.
• Proven experience in managing and motivating a remote team.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in fulfilling complex requests.
• Strong global network of contacts and suppliers is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
