About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
• Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Manage the RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes efficiently.
• Track contract milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, legal counsel, and external parties on contract matters.
• Assist in dispute resolution and claims management related to contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator , preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, construction terminology, and standard contract forms.
• Proficiency in contract management software and document management systems .
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for remote interaction.
