About the Role Our client is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Remote Construction Planner & Scheduler to optimize the execution of their diverse construction projects.

This critical role involves developing detailed project schedules, resource plans, and logistics strategies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery, entirely from a remote setting.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to leverage advanced scheduling software and contribute to project success across multiple locations without the need for on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). • Analyze project scope, identify critical paths, dependencies, and potential resource conflicts. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to gather schedule updates and progress information. • Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and monthly progress reports for construction projects . • Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays. • Assist in the development of resource loading and leveling plans to optimize workforce and equipment utilization.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably on large-scale projects. • Advanced proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project management principles . • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, tailored for remote collaboration . • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications to inform scheduling.
