About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Remote Construction Project Manager to lead significant building projects from concept through to completion. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to manage projects from anywhere while driving successful outcomes for complex construction initiatives. You will be responsible for overall project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, adept at navigating the challenges of managing large-scale construction endeavors in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules, ensuring financial and timeline adherence.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and external consultants, remotely.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements across all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project management methodologies.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, vital for remote management.
