Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring critical path activities are identified and managed.
• Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and value engineering.
• Source and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Implement and enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all project sites.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients using digital collaboration tools.
• Conduct regular virtual site inspections and progress reviews using remote monitoring technologies.
• Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, financial statements, and status updates for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Asana).
• Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and risk management.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
