About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and independent Remote Construction Site Auditor to join their growing team. This fully remote position involves conducting comprehensive audits of construction projects across various locations through detailed review of documentation, virtual site inspections (via third-party reports or live feeds), and data analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations without requiring physical presence on site. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote audits of construction project progress, quality, and compliance using provided documentation and digital tools.
• Analyze site reports, photographic evidence, and project data to assess adherence to plans and specifications.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
• Liaise with on-site project managers and representatives (via remote communication) to clarify information and address discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to building codes , safety regulations, and quality assurance standards across all audited projects.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of audit activities and findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management, quality control, or auditing roles.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies , materials, and standard industry practices.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using audit management software and remote collaboration platforms .
