Legal Research Analyst Legal Research – Remote / Colombo, Sri Lanka – Full‑time – 2-5 years of experience Conduct comprehensive legal research across multiple jurisdictions, analyze case law, and prepare detailed research memoranda for client matters.

Requirements: • Law degree (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution • 2‑5 years of legal research experience • Strong analytical and writing skills • Experience with legal research databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis) • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Contract Review Specialist Contract Management – Remote / Dubai, UAE – Full‑time – 3-7 years of experience Review, draft, and redline commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts for global clients.

Requirements: • Law degree or paralegal certification • 3+ years of contract review experience • Familiarity with commercial contract terms • Excellent attention to detail eDiscovery Analyst Litigation Support – Remote / New York, USA – Full‑time – 2-4 years of experience Support document review projects, manage eDiscovery workflows, and assist with litigation support services for law firm clients.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred • 2+ years of eDiscovery experience • Proficiency with Relativity or similar platforms • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects Compliance Associate Regulatory Compliance – Remote / Sydney, Australia – Full‑time – 2-5 years of experience Assist clients with regulatory compliance matters including GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific regulations.
