About the Role Our client seeks a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Corporate Accountant to bolster their finance operations, supporting entities associated with Centurion . This role demands a thorough understanding of corporate financial principles and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in financial reporting.

You will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, compliance, and contributing to the overall financial health and strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to GAAP/IFRS. • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings. • Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and organized financial data. • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and accounting systems.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. • A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CA) is a significant advantage. • At least 6 years of experience in corporate accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting. • Expertise in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills. • Solid knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial regulations. • Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills suitable for remote interaction.
