What You’ll Do
• Manage credentialing files from start to finish for healthcare providers
Collect, verify, and organize required documents (licenses, certifications, references, etc.)
• Track deadlines and follow up proactively to keep files moving
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues
• Maintain accurate records in our credentialing systems
• Flag gaps, discrepancies, or potential delays early
• Support audits and quality reviews as needed
What You Bring
• 5+ years in administrative, operations, or compliance-related roles
• Strong organizational skills挣 and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new software
• High accountability—you own your work and follow through
Nice to Have
• Experience in credentialing, healthcare, staffing, or HR operations
• Familiarity with medical licenses, certifications, or compliance requirements
