About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Remote Cybersecurity Consultant to provide expert advisory services to their clients, with support based from Upington . This role involves assessing client security needs, developing tailored security strategies, and advising on the implementation of best practices. You will work with a diverse range of organizations, helping them navigate complex cybersecurity challenges and strengthen their defenses. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments and risk analyses for clients.

• Develop strategic cybersecurity roadmaps and implementation plans tailored to client needs.

• Advise clients on security architecture, policy development, and incident response planning.

• Provide expert guidance on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.

• Assist clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

• Deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a senior cybersecurity advisory role.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing robust security solutions.

• Strong understanding of various security domains including network, application, cloud, and data security.

• Excellent client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

• CISSP, CISM, or similar advanced certifications are mandatory.
