Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and analyze logs for suspicious activities and potential threats in real-time.

• Perform investigations into security incidents, document findings, and recommend remediation actions.

• Implement and maintain security controls and configurations across various platforms and applications.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of security policies and procedures for a remote workforce.

• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.

• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the technology stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably with experience in threat detection and incident response.

• Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.

• Strong understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and endpoint security.

• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CEH) are a plus.
