Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources, including market reports, trading data, and proprietary databases.
• Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast market trends , commodity prices, and supply/demand dynamics.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze geopolitical events, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting the Oil & Gas industry .
• Collaborate with senior analysts and strategists to support business development and investment decisions.
• Stay abreast of new analytical techniques and technologies relevant to market intelligence.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst , preferably with exposure to the Oil & Gas market or commodity trading.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, SQL, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote role.
