Remote Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling on large datasets.
• Clean, transform, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and suitability for analysis.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate data science solutions into production systems.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through visualizations and presentations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and associated libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into analytical approaches.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
