About the Role
Our client is searching for a diligent Remote Delivery Coordinator to manage their delivery operations from a remote setting. This position is key to ensuring that all customer orders are processed, scheduled, and tracked efficiently from dispatch to final delivery. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, delivery personnel, and internal teams, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise. The role requires a high degree of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, virtual environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the delivery network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Schedule and assign delivery routes to drivers, optimizing for efficiency and customer convenience.
- Utilize dispatch software and tracking tools to monitor delivery progress in real-time.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status, updates, and any potential delays.

- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
