Newsletter • Plan and produce a monthly YelloMind newsletter aligned with marketing objectives • Create and curate content (insights, events, courses, updates) • Manage email campaigns (design, scheduling, distribution) • Track performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and report monthly to YelloMind HQ Reporting The Freelancer will report directly to YelloMind HQ management and deliver: • Weekly: activity summary and content/campaign updates • Monthly: performance dashboard covering all three areas • Quarterly: strategic review and recommendations Requirements • Proven experience in digital marketing, event coordination, or content management • Experience managing webinars or online events • Strong writing and editorial skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Familiarity with marketing tools (email platforms, social media, analytics) • Experience working remotely and reporting to distributed teams • Opportunity to work with an international consulting firm • Exposure to high-value domains (PMO, Data, Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture) • Opportunity for long-term collaboration • Work with global experts and industry leaders Event Coordination — YelloTalks & Conferences • Plan and execute YelloTalks webinars • Produce event briefs, run-of-show documents, and post-event performance reports • Manage pre-event promotion, audience registration, and digital campaign coordination • Track event KPIs (attendance, engagement, leads) and report to YelloMind HQ • Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline to ensure regular, quality publication • Source, commission, edit, and approve contributor articles in line with YelloMind editorial standards • Drive readership growth through social media promotion, email newsletters, and partnerships • Track magazine metrics (reach, shares, subscribers) and report monthly to YelloMind HQ 3.
