About the Role

Our client is searching for a creative and data-driven Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online presence and customer engagement for their beauty brands. Operating entirely remotely, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms. This includes managing social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation. You will analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maximize reach and conversion rates, contributing significantly to brand growth and market penetration from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, email, and content platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social media ads) to achieve target ROI and KPIs.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and website landing pages.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying insights and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist , preferably with a focus on the beauty or e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
