About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Dispatch and Logistics Manager to lead their distributed operations team.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage all aspects of the remote dispatch and logistics operations, including driver scheduling and route optimization. • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service. • Utilize advanced logistics software and telematics to monitor fleet performance and proactively address issues. • Lead, train, and mentor a team of remote dispatchers and drivers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly on operational metrics to senior management. • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company safety policies.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management , dispatch operations, or a related field, with a significant portion in a remote or supervisory capacity. • Demonstrated expertise in using route optimization software , TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and fleet tracking technologies. • Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
