Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign delivery routes to drivers using dispatching software.
• Monitor driver progress and vehicle locations in real-time using GPS tracking.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Manage schedule changes and re-route drivers as needed to accommodate operational demands.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and generate operational reports.
