Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries for a fleet of drivers across various regions using advanced dispatch software.
• Monitor driver progress and vehicle status in real-time, providing support and making adjustments to routes as needed.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of goods.
• Manage delivery exceptions, rerouting, and problem-solving to minimize delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze delivery data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve overall fleet efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and driver performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatch , logistics coordination, or transportation management.
