Key Responsibilities

• Deliver parenting education workshops and coaching sessions virtually.
• Provide guidance and support to families on child development milestones and challenges.
• Assist families in accessing community resources such as early childhood education programs and healthcare services.
• Conduct virtual needs assessments for families seeking support.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families through regular remote check‑ins.
• Collaborate with educational institutions and child welfare agencies to coordinate services.

Requirements

• Degree in Child and Family Studies, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Experience in family support, early childhood intervention, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and family systems.
• Excellent virtual communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of available family support services within the KwaZulu‑Natal region.
• Proficiency in using teleconferencing software and case management systems.
