Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment coordination, and inventory management across multiple platforms.
• Monitor website performance and product listings, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Manage customer service inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, adhering to company policies.
• Assist in the management of online product content, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Analyze e-commerce data and generate reports on sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of online sales platforms, order management systems, and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and CRM software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
