About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage the backend processes that ensure a smooth customer experience in Queenstown . This fully remote role is responsible for overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment coordination, and customer service inquiries related to operations. You will play a key role in optimizing operational workflows, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at using technology to streamline e-commerce operations from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across all sales channels, coordinating with suppliers and fulfillment partners.
• Oversee the order processing and fulfillment cycle, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
• Monitor operational KPIs, such as order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory turnover, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and refine operational procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve any operational challenges and optimize the supply chain.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and supply chain management.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and inventory management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
