About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and skilled Remote E-Learning Content Creator to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and producing engaging and effective digital learning materials for a diverse audience. This role requires a blend of instructional design principles, creative writing, and technical proficiency to develop high-quality e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and produce high-quality e-learning content , including modules, scripts, storyboards, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive courses.
• Create engaging multimedia assets, such as graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance learning experiences.
• Ensure all content adheres to instructional design best practices, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Review and revise existing content to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating e-learning content and digital learning materials.
• Proficiency with major e-learning authoring tools and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and user experience (UX) design .
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
