Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute online e-sports tournaments from inception to completion.
• Manage player registration, team formations, and create tournament brackets using specialized software.
• Communicate effectively with participants, providing clear instructions, updates, and support throughout the event.
• Liaise with game developers, streaming partners, and casters to ensure smooth event production.
• Monitor live tournament streams, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure fair play according to established rules.
• Analyze tournament data, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in organizing or managing e-sports tournaments, events, or online gaming communities.
• In-depth knowledge of various e-sports titles, game mechanics, and competitive scenes.
• Proficiency with tournament management platforms (e.g., Challengermode, Battlefy) and communication tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
