About the Role

This individual will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of online e-sports tournaments for various popular game titles. You will liaise with players, teams, sponsors, and game publishers to ensure seamless tournament operations, from registration and scheduling to broadcasting and prize distribution. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute online e-sports tournaments from inception to completion.
• Manage tournament platforms, ensuring smooth gameplay and accurate results tracking.
• Communicate effectively with participants, providing clear rules, updates, and support throughout the tournament.
• Coordinate with marketing and broadcast teams to ensure high-quality streaming and engagement.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with game publishers and potential sponsors.
