About the Role Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Remote Early Childhood Program Developer to design and oversee innovative educational programs delivered online.

This position is fully remote, enabling you to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge early learning experiences for children across various locations, with a focus on serving families in the Mahikeng area.

You will be responsible for developing engaging curricula, creating effective learning materials, and ensuring programs meet high standards of quality and developmental appropriateness. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop innovative early childhood curricula and program frameworks for online delivery. • Create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning materials, activities, and resources. • Collaborate with instructional designers and technology specialists to implement programs effectively online. • Research and stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and research in early childhood education and digital learning. • Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. • Provide guidance and support to remote educators and facilitators implementing the programs.
