About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for all remote early childhood programs .

Requirements
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in program management or leadership.
- Proven experience in developing and managing online educational programs or digital learning initiatives.
- Strong understanding of child development, pedagogical best practices, and curriculum design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a remote team effectively.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology platforms.
