About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Early Intervention Specialist to join their expanding team, providing critical support to young children and their families from the comfort of their own homes. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and addressing developmental delays and disabilities in infants and toddlers (0-3 years). You will leverage tele-health platforms to conduct assessments, deliver intervention services, and collaborate with families and caregivers to support the child's progress. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments of infants and toddlers using standardized tools via tele-health.
• Develop and implement individualized early intervention plans tailored to the specific needs of each child.
• Provide direct intervention services (e.g., speech, motor skills, cognitive development) through virtual sessions.
• Educate and empower parents and caregivers with strategies and resources to support their child's development at home.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as pediatricians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and services provided.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Developmental Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early intervention services for children aged 0-3.
• Proficiency in using tele-health platforms and digital tools for service delivery and documentation.
• Strong understanding of child development, disabilities, and best practices in early intervention.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and counseling skills for working with families remotely.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote work environment, serving families across the nation.
