About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Remote Early Learning Program Coordinator to join their innovative educational initiatives team, supporting families and educators remotely. This role is central to developing, managing, and enhancing early learning programs delivered through digital platforms, serving communities nationwide, including those around Pretoria. You will coordinate curriculum development, facilitate online workshops for parents and educators, and ensure the effective delivery of educational resources. This position offers the unique advantage of contributing to widespread educational access and quality from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of remote early learning programs and resources.
• Facilitate online training sessions, webinars, and workshops for parents, caregivers, and educators.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation for digital delivery.
• Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education , Education Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in program coordination, curriculum development, and educational outreach, preferable in a remote capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult education principles and virtual facilitation techniques.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with various virtual collaboration and learning management systems.
