About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Remote Early Years Curriculum Developer to design and create engaging educational content for their online learning platform. This role requires a deep understanding of early childhood development principles and a flair for creating digital learning experiences. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive curriculum framework, lesson plans, and interactive activities for children aged 3-6, all delivered remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum for early years education, focusing on foundational literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional skills.
• Create engaging digital learning modules, including interactive activities, videos, and printable resources.
• Ensure all curriculum content aligns with current educational best practices and relevant learning standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to refine and enhance learning materials.
• Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in early childhood education for curriculum innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and development for the early years sector, preferably with digital components.
• Strong understanding of child development stages and learning theories.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills for educational materials.
• Proficiency with digital content creation tools and learning management systems (LMS).
