Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational technology support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), video conferencing tools, and collaboration software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
• Adept at working independently and managing multiple priorities in a remote setting.
