About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and knowledgeable Remote Educational Content Developer specializing in child development to join their innovative digital learning team. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging and pedagogically sound educational content for young learners, primarily focusing on foundational skills and age-appropriate concepts. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to create interactive learning modules, resources, and activities that make learning fun and effective for children globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original, engaging, and age-appropriate educational content (e.g., lesson plans, activities, interactive modules, assessments) for early childhood learners.
• Research and stay current on best practices in child development, educational psychology, and digital learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and multimedia developers to create compelling learning experiences.
• Ensure all content aligns with learning objectives, curriculum standards, and the company's educational philosophy.
• Write clear, concise, and effective instructional text and scripts for various content formats.
• Test and review content for accuracy, usability, and engagement, incorporating feedback for revisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Child Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing educational content for children, preferably in a digital or remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of early childhood learning theories and curriculum development.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
