About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer electrical systems for renewable energy projects, including power generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Develop single-line diagrams, schematics, and electrical layouts using relevant software.
• Conduct electrical load calculations, system studies, and equipment sizing.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the design, construction, and commissioning phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration or eligibility is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on renewable energy systems.
• Proficiency with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, PSS/E, ETAP).
• Strong knowledge of power systems, grid integration, and energy storage technologies.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
