You will be involved in designing power systems for base stations, data centers, and network hubs, ensuring reliable and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities
• Design and engineer power solutions for telecommunications sites, including backup power systems and UPS.
• Develop electrical schematics, site layouts, and equipment specifications for network infrastructure.
• Perform power requirement calculations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with civil and network engineers to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues remotely, providing support to field technicians.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in telecommunications power management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems for infrastructure.
• Familiarity with telecommunications site construction and power distribution requirements.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and simulation tools.
• Excellent remote communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with battery storage systems and renewable energy integration is a plus.
