About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join their innovative, fully remote operations team. In this vital role, you will oversee and provide expert guidance on the maintenance and upkeep of electrical systems and equipment from a remote location. You will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic data, advising on preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues without being physically present on-site. This position requires a deep understanding of electrical principles and a proven ability to guide field teams effectively through remote communication channels, contributing to operational efficiency and safety across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote expert consultation on electrical system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Analyze maintenance logs and performance data to recommend proactive repair and upkeep strategies.
• Guide on-site technicians through complex repair procedures and installation processes using video conferencing and detailed instructions.
• Develop and implement remote monitoring protocols for critical electrical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in electrical maintenance, industrial electrical systems, or a related field.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical problems remotely.
• Excellent command of technical documentation, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
