Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems and equipment issues.
• Guide field technicians and clients through installation, repair, and maintenance procedures via phone, video conferencing, and remote access tools.
• Analyze diagnostic data and system logs to identify root causes of electrical malfunctions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar technical support role, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.
