Our client is seeking an accomplished Remote Esports Coach & Strategist to lead their competitive gaming team based in Benoni. You will be responsible for developing training regimens, analyzing game data, and devising effective strategies for tournaments and leagues across various popular esports titles. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and practice schedules for the esports team.

• Analyze opponent strategies and provide tactical insights to enhance team performance.

• Conduct VOD reviews and provide constructive feedback to individual players and the team.

• Foster a positive team environment, promoting discipline, communication, and sportsmanship.

• Stay abreast of game updates, meta shifts, and emerging strategies in relevant esports titles.

• Liaise with team management regarding player development, performance, and tournament participation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a coach, analyst, or high-level player in a competitive esports environment.

• Deep knowledge of current esports titles, meta-game strategies, and team dynamics.

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide players.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate practice and competition schedules.

• Demonstrated success in developing teams or players to achieve competitive goals, preferably within the Benoni esports scene.
