Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate online forums, social media channels, and Discord servers.

• Gather community feedback and report insights to the product and marketing teams.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key community influencers and advocates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related role, preferably in the gaming or e-sports industry.
• In-depth knowledge of e-sports titles, gaming culture, and online community dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, Discord, and community management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage diverse groups.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
