About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Remote Esports Tournament Coordinator to manage and execute competitive online gaming events. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere, overseeing all aspects of tournament operations from planning and registration to execution and prize distribution. You will be responsible for creating tournament formats, managing brackets, ensuring fair play, and providing seamless player support. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for esports, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage complex events in a virtual environment, supporting their global player base from the convenience of their chosen location, extending their reach from Upington to international competitive scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute online esports tournaments across various game titles.

• Develop tournament rules, formats, and bracket structures, ensuring fairness and competitive balance.

• Manage player registration, communication, and support throughout the tournament lifecycle.

• Oversee live online broadcasts, liaising with casters and production staff.
