Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive catering strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and financial performance of all catering events across various locations.
• Establish and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and client service.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth for the catering division.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Stay abreast of emerging culinary trends, market demands, and competitive activities.
• Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage vendor contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and quality of service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior leadership roles within the catering, hospitality, or event management industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful catering strategies and managing large-scale operations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• Exceptional financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of culinary arts, menu engineering, and food safety standards.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event management software, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
