About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and meticulous Remote Event Catering Planner to manage and coordinate catering services for events across various locations, with a focus on supporting clients in and around Kimberley . This role operates entirely remotely, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate logistics and client needs effectively through digital channels. You will be responsible for conceptualizing menus, managing vendor relationships, ensuring seamless event execution from planning to completion, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of catering for various events from a remote location.

• Consult with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budget constraints, offering tailored catering solutions.

• Source and manage relationships with caterers and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning , catering management, or a related role.

• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) and event management software.

• Deep understanding of menu planning, food presentation, and event logistics.
