About the Role

This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, coordinating all aspects of events from conception to completion. You will leverage digital platforms to create engaging online experiences, manage speaker logistics, and ensure seamless technical execution. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars, conferences, and team-building activities.
• Manage event platforms, ensuring smooth technical delivery, attendee engagement, and data tracking.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors for virtual event participation and requirements.
• Develop event content, promotional materials, and communication strategies for online audiences.
• Provide remote support to attendees during live events and manage post-event follow-up and analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Planner, with a strong focus on virtual or hybrid event management.
• Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Bizzabo) and collaboration tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from a remote location.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
