Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars, conferences, and online product launches.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Source and coordinate with virtual vendors, platform providers, and speakers.
• Develop event timelines, delegate tasks, and oversee the execution of all event components.
• Create compelling event programs and content, ensuring an engaging experience for attendees.
• Provide on-site support for hybrid events as needed, while primarily managing remotely.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or Event Coordinator, with a strong portfolio of executed events.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning and managing virtual and hybrid events .
• Excellent organizational, project management , and time management skills.
• Proficiency with event management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
