You will be responsible for designing and overseeing exploration programs, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic exploration plans for new and existing mineral targets.
• Manage exploration budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Oversee geophysical surveys, geochemical sampling, and drilling programs remotely.
• Analyze geological data and interpret results to guide exploration efforts and identify high-potential areas.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of geoscientists and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory standards for exploration activities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related earth science discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mineral exploration management, with a significant portion in a remote leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in discovering and defining mineral resources.
• Expertise in exploration methodologies, geological modeling, and data interpretation.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and foster effective virtual collaboration.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills .
