About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Remote Facilities Cleaning Coordinator to manage and optimize cleaning operations across their various locations. This role is entirely remote, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills to oversee cleaning staff and ensure consistent high standards without being physically present on-site. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing supplies, conducting virtual inspections, and implementing best practices in hygiene and sanitation. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks to cleaning teams across multiple facilities.
- Monitor cleaning performance and quality remotely, providing feedback and support to staff.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, processing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols and training materials for staff.
- Conduct virtual site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management , cleaning supervision, or a similar coordination role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and digital communication tools.
- Understanding of cleaning best practices, health standards , and safety regulations.
