Position Overview:
As the Distribution Center Facility Manager at MAF Retail, your primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance strategy and ensure compliance with country regulations and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule for facility assets.
Ensure regular maintenance of facility assets to keep them in optimal working condition as per standards. Implement planned preventive maintenance across facility assets in accordance with regulations. Conduct monthly testing of Generator, UPS, and Fire & Life safety equipment.
Maintain and ensure the functionality of the building’s safety equipment. Manage minimum stock levels of spares for major equipment. Ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials to uphold hygiene standards. Control operating expenses within budget constraints and propose reduction plans where necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in a similar role. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Retail. Proficiency in English. What We Offer:
