Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into compelling narrative sequences, ensuring seamless pacing, continuity, and emotional impact.
• Collaborate effectively with directors and producers to understand their vision and translate it into the final edit.
• Perform color correction, basic sound mixing, and the integration of visual effects and motion graphics.
• Manage and organize project media files, ensuring efficient workflow and asset management.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders throughout the editing process, making revisions as needed.
• Stay abreast of emerging editing techniques, software updates, and industry best practices for film editing and post-production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Film Editor or Post-Production Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and cinematic storytelling.
• Experience with color grading and basic audio mixing.
• Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration with creative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
